- Lead cross-functional working groups including engineers, ethicists, and social scientists
- Author industry standards for AI transparency and explainability in high-stakes environments
- Advocate for inclusive AI design through stakeholder engagement and community feedback loops
- Monitor global regulatory developments and adapt compliance strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Strong background in machine learning interpretability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
