Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for AI decision transparency
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations in product development
- Stay ahead of evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Publish industry white papers on ethical AI deployment strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI/ML development with emphasis on ethical implications
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance for AI systems
- Strong background in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Published research in AI ethics or related fields preferred
