- Forge strategic partnerships with academia and government innovation labs

- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling technology viability cases
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in launching technologies adopted by 2025+ markets
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, biotech, or climate tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE Spectrum)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Experience securing federal grants or venture capital for frontier tech
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable solutions with >1M user impact
