- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Establish industry-wide standards for ethical technology deployment through white papers and thought leadership
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on next-gen human-computer interaction protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futurism, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publications
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuro-interfaces, or climate-tech modeling
- Proven track record of securing >$5M in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Fluency in future-vision frameworks (e.g., Scenario Planning, Delphi Method)
