Qualifications

- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Executive experience leading $50M+ transformational programs with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism required
- Mastery of strategic frameworks like STEEP, Delphi Method, and Horizon Scanning
