Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum computing experiments using superconducting qubits and ion traps
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed research papers and present findings at leading conferences
- Contribute to quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant system architectures
- Mentor junior researchers and lead quantum computing hackathons

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
