Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum-AI research roadmaps for 2026+ computational paradigms
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing novel quantum neural network architectures
- Translate theoretical quantum algorithms into scalable hybrid quantum-classical implementations
- Collaborate with MIT, Caltech, and ETH Zurich on quantum machine learning breakthroughs
- Secure $10M+ in DARPA/NSF grants for quantum-AI frontier research
- Publish in Nature/Science journals while holding 5+ quantum-AI patents
- Mentor postdocs and PhDs in quantum complexity theory and emergent AI behaviors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years R&D
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/STOC/FOCS) on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
