Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI fusion systems for 2026-era autonomous decision frameworks
- Lead development of human-AI symbiosis interfaces using neuromorphic computing
- Design ethical compliance frameworks for next-generation autonomous entities
- Prototype quantum-encrypted cognitive augmentation platforms
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to develop thought-based AI interaction protocols
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning optimization
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 5+ years applied research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Expertise in neuromorphic computing architectures (e.g., Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record of scaling quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Experience with federated learning in quantum environments
- Strong background in cognitive science or human-computer interaction
