Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market shifts and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate tech, AI ethics, and quantum integration
- Analyze emerging trends using predictive modeling and scenario planning to identify strategic opportunities
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable technologies and human-centric design principles
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or foresight consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
