As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to shape the next generation of digital ecosystems. You'll work in our state-of-the-art innovation hub with unlimited resources and mentorship from industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate modeling
- Lead cross-functional sprints with robotics, blockchain, and synthetic biology teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and market signals
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical tech implementation
- Present findings to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Build global network of futurists and academic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or biodevices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for experimental projects
