- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum cryptography and post-silicon computing

- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies (2018-2023)
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing initiatives to production
- Expertise in federated learning and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and post-2026 computing paradigms
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and Neuro-Interface Design
