Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 2026-focused innovation initiatives spanning AI ethics, neuro-technology integration, and climate-responsive systems
- Lead agile development of proof-of-concepts for next-gen human-AI symbiosis platforms
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for 2026 tech ecosystem development
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact on 2026 societal challenges
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology with published research or patents
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams across R&D, product, and strategy domains
