Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap technology innovation strategies targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI, quantum, and biotech integration frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with policy teams to shape future technology regulations and standards
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Bioengineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology R&D with proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation methodologies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex technology ecosystems
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in future forecasting tools (Delphi, scenario planning, etc.)
- Portfolio of launched innovations with measurable market impact
