Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging tech trends with 3-5 year impact potential
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive leadership and R&D teams
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with $2M+ annual budget
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs focused on 2030-tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with proven 2025+ roadmap delivery
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech architecture
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Experience leading $1M+ tech innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
