Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven foresight platforms and proprietary trend-mapping tools
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-ready solutions with engineering teams
- Present strategic briefings to investors, board members, and government innovation councils
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports disrupting conventional industry forecasts
- Build an international network of futurists, academic pioneers, and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech analysis, or enterprise innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations with measurable ROI
- Expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend synthesis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation technologies
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures or innovation journals
