Responsibilities
- Develop integrated 2026 technology roadmaps identifying disruptive convergence points across AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level stakeholders using probabilistic modeling tools
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging startups for strategic partnerships
- Design and facilitate cross-functional 'future-state' hackathons with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce annual futures intelligence reports distributed to global policy forums
- Mentor internal 'Futures Council' comprising 15+ technical specialists
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent academic credential (preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., Palantir, Dataminr)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures concepts for executive audiences
