Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year predictive models for technological convergence using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Produce annual Horizon Scan Reports identifying disruptive innovations in AI ethics, neurotech, and climate engineering
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 partner companies
- Design patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in healthcare and autonomous systems
- Present findings at global summits including Davos and World Economic Forum Future Councils
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Author white papers published in MIT Technology Review and Future Studies Journal
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3 case studies with quantifiable impact)
- Expertise in Delphi methodology, horizon scanning, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on human-AI symbiosis or anticipatory governance
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and Tableau for data visualization
- Experience securing $500K+ in research grants for foresight initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
- Certificate in Foresight from University of Houston or similar institution
