Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends and market shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content (reports, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product innovation roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic indicators affecting industry evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
