Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map disruptive technologies through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for quantum-biological-AI convergence
- Lead innovation sprints with MIT/Caltech research partners
- Translate futuristic concepts into patentable commercial frameworks
- Advise C-suite on exponential technology adoption risks/rewards
- Curate annual '2026 Vision Summit' for industry leaders
- Author thought leadership in Nature Futures and TechCrunch
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent domain expertise
- 5+ years in emerging tech strategy at FAANG or equivalent
- Published work on quantum-AI symbiosis or neuro-interfaces
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized futuristic concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on exponential tech disruption
- Deep knowledge of singularity ethics and AGI governance frameworks
