Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable R&D initiatives
- Conduct bi-monthal horizon scans across quantum, biotech, AI, and climate tech domains
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage the Futures Lab's predictive analytics infrastructure and simulation tools
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on emerging technology validation
- Author quarterly 'Future Forward' industry reports distributed to 50K+ professionals
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Advanced proficiency in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Gephi)
- Published thought leadership in future technology (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- MSc/MBA in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI ethics, and synthetic biology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on 5-10 year technology transitions
