- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to design future-ready business models and ecosystems
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Drive R&D investments in emerging tech verticals with $50M+ annual budget oversight
- Mentor internal 'Future Scouts' through our proprietary Horizon Academy program
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Fluency in future-state modeling frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive innovations brought to market
