Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging quantum computing, AI, and biotech trends to develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital infrastructure solutions
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven tech adoption plans
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for technology scouting
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting global tech ecosystems
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring technology ROI and competitive positioning
- Champion ethical AI development and sustainable tech integration practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling SaaS platforms to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neural network optimization
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI forecasting
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
- Patent portfolio with at least 5 granted technology patents
