Qualifications

- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms and AI governance frameworks
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Experience with ISO 21464 (Future Tech Readiness Standard)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Q#, Rust)
