Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital recruitment strategies
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding with exceptional attention to detail
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics, optimize workflows, and ensure timely placements
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop staffing solutions that exceed client expectations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Strong understanding of Tucson's labor market and industry-specific talent demands
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and recruitment analytics
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
