Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments across manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs and develop customized solutions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement coordination
- Ensure seamless payroll processing with our proprietary weekly pay system for all temporary and contract staff
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends in Wichita's job market
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and company policies throughout all staffing operations
- Leverage our advanced ATS to track candidate progress and optimize placement efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing, recruiting, or human resources experience with weekly pay processing
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical or industrial roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines
- Familiarity with Wichita's local job market and key industry employers
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite
