Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Utilize job boards and social media to actively source and recruit new talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs and present suitable candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
- Update candidate and client databases accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
