Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using social media and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure the perfect fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients in Wichita.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
