Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with role requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Document all recruitment activities in our ATS system
- Weekly payroll coordination for temporary staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales and placement targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR certification preferred
