Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates in the IT sector.
- Talent Screening: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and deliver top-tier talent.
- Placement Management: Guide candidates through the interview process and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements and long-term retention.
- Admin & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruiting within a high-volume staffing agency environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and IT infrastructure.
- ATS Proficiency: Must be proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly placement goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
