Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, finance, and government sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using cutting-edge ATS technology
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with EEO and labor regulations throughout recruitment process
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment/staffing experience in a DC metro environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in volume recruitment
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of DC's labor market and industry regulations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
