Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement of temporary and direct-hire roles
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new temporary employees
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and agency policies
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of Ohio labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
