Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and job seekers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from application to placement
- Meet weekly/monthly recruitment KPIs and performance targets
- Leverage ATS systems and digital platforms for efficient candidate sourcing
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years recruiting experience, preferably in staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics and deadlines
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques and interview methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
