Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions across various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking and sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients efficiently.
- Manage applicant data and track recruitment metrics using our ATS system.
- Consult with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance.
- Conduct onboarding orientations for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
