Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants to ensure they are a perfect match for our client openings.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with both clients and candidates regarding job requirements, interview schedules, and status updates.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of job advertisements across various digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and market talent effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or a staffing agency environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
