Responsibilities
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and build robust talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or agency staffing.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical jargon.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
