Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates into temporary positions
- Manage client relationships and understand staffing requirements
- Process payroll documentation and ensure timely weekly payments
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new temporary staff
- Track performance metrics and maintain recruitment databases
- Collaborate with sales team to fill high-demand positions
- Comply with labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Experience with weekly payroll processing a plus
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable
