Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions
- Coordinate interview logistics and facilitate onboarding processes
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools in Dallas
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Track performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of DFW labor market preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
