Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical and cultural requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Close placements and negotiate compensation packages with candidates.
- Track key metrics (KPIs) to ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
