Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineering, IT Support, and Engineering Management.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing Agency environment (Immediate hire experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of technical job markets and ability to understand technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel for client meetings and job fairs.
