Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter to fill requisitions.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly recruitment targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
