Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide top-tier talent solutions.
- Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement process, including offer negotiation, onboarding support, and contract management.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to advise clients on salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (Sales/B2B experience is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement goals.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Virginia Beach, VA.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
