Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with ATS proficiency and client relationship management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize hiring strategies
- Drive weekly payroll processing for temporary and contract placements
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage client expectations
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and data-driven recruitment approach
- Strong understanding of Seattle's talent landscape and industry-specific requirements
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
