Responsibilities

- Operate POS systems and other office machinery with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the weekday staff to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Handle high volumes of phone calls and emails with a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
