Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews for weekend shift roles.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Wichita businesses.
- Coordinate schedules and onboarding processes for weekend staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Identify and recruit talent for diverse industries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
