Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through targeted outreach, job boards, and networking channels
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with Portland-area employers to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement for part-time positions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in competitive industries
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates and job requisitions

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in staffing agencies
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in part-time or contract roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems
