Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial phone screens and assessments of potential candidates to ensure a perfect match with client requirements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of temporary placement, including scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and facilitating onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through active sourcing, networking, and leveraging social platforms.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical, cultural, and operational needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our state-of-the-art Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred; however, we are open to exceptional candidates with a strong aptitude for sales and networking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on persuasion and relationship building.
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the Washington DC job market and professional network is a significant plus.
- Flexible schedule availability (e.g., evenings or weekends) to accommodate client needs and candidate availability.
