Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and job requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview logistics efficiently
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in Ohio's key sectors
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system while ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Represent our agency professionally at job fairs and industry events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience with Ohio-based employers
- Proven ability to source candidates across multiple industries (healthcare, tech, manufacturing)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Knowledge of Ohio labor laws and compliance requirements
