Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate schedules and facilitate the placement process between clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with team leads to refine recruitment strategies and improve placement rates.
- Update candidate data accurately and maintain a clean database in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (internships and recent graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
