Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and interview candidates for weekend positions across various industries including warehousing, logistics, and administrative support.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with client managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely delivery of qualified talent.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
- Scheduling: Manage and coordinate the weekly schedules for temporary and contract workers, ensuring coverage for client operations.
- Payroll Support: Assist in the accurate calculation of hours worked and preparation of timesheets for payroll processing.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive offers to candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, human resources, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and comfort using recruitment software or databases.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are often required for visiting client sites.
