Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for 24/7 operational roles, including logistics, warehousing, and healthcare support.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and engage passive candidates during off-hours.
- Perform thorough phone and video screenings to assess candidate availability and soft skills for night shift environments.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the unique demands of night shift positions and tailor sourcing strategies.
- Drive sales through effective candidate placement and client retention strategies for our staffing accounts.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client support during the off-peak hours of the business day.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in logistics, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Baltimore, MD job market and local labor trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with a focus on productivity and results.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
